BillingBird
Account and Data Deletion
Last updated: October 13, 2026
Local Records & Private iCloud Backup
BillingBird is local-first and does not require a DeadStick account to create or manage invoices, estimates, clients, expenses, or receipts. You can delete individual records inside the app, or remove all local app data on a device by uninstalling BillingBird.
If you enabled optional private iCloud backup on iOS, snapshots are stored in your own
private Apple CloudKit container (iCloud.com.billingbird.app). You can
disable iCloud backup in BillingBird Settings and remove BillingBird's iCloud storage in
iOS Settings → Apple Account → iCloud.
Support & Subscription Metadata Deletion
To request deletion of support correspondence or app-scoped subscription metadata held by DeadStick or its subscription processor (RevenueCat), email contact@deadstick.net with the subject line “BillingBird deletion request”, or see deadstick.net/deletion.html.
Do not include sensitive client, payment, tax, or business records unless support specifically asks for them.
Exported Files & App Store Subscriptions
Exported PDFs, shared archives, or files sent to third-party destinations remain wherever you saved or shared them. Delete those copies from the device or service where they are stored.
Deleting app data or uninstalling BillingBird does not cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in BillingBird Settings → Subscription or in your device's Apple ID / Google Play Subscriptions settings.
